Ms Antonia Miceli de Dinardo, President of the Liga Argentina de Protección al Diabético (LAPDI), has informed the ’Unite for Diabetes’ campaign that her organization has contacted the Health Commission in the Argentinean Parliament to request national support to the United Nations Resolution on diabetes. LAPDI has initiated a powerful media outreach campaign to attract support to and raise awareness of the UN Resolution campaign through the organization’s magazine and through the country’s newspapers and magazines. The campaign’s distinctive blue circle logo features on the cover of the latest issue of LAPDI’s magazine.
