To kick-off the IDF-led campaign for a UN Resolution on diabetes, an icon was needed to symbolize unity in diabetes and support for the campaign. A simple blue circle was chosen and the campaign has already begun branding itself with it. Campaign pins
Show your support for the campaign by wearing a pin with the icon of the campaign. You can order pins for yourself, friends and families, colleagues, associations, etc. Spread awareness about diabetes by wearing the pin. The pins are available to order in packs of 10. Media relations guidelines
Help us to promote the ’Unite for Diabetes’ campaign. Our goal is not only to pass a UN Resolution on diabetes but to reach one billion people worldwide. You play an important role in informing and educating your community and ultimately influencing decision-makers. Logo guidelines
In this document, you will find guidelines on how you can employ the campaign icon to show your support for the campaign for a United Nations Resolution on diabetes. Local and national campaigns should make use of locally relevant messages. However, by incorporating the icon of the UN Resolution campaign, you will be joining a global effort to improve diabetes care everywhere.
